OUR STORY
Tamsin & Cooke Travel celebrated its 30th anniversary last year! Living on three continents - Africa, Europe and North America - and enjoying extensive international travel led owners Tamsin and Bill into a hitherto empty niche market - that of totally client-centric Travel Design.
From the outset they have sought to serve independent minded travelers. These are people who want to “cherry-pick” their travel, whether it be places, safari camps, outback stations, castles, B&B’s, culinary exploration, sightseeing, adventure - whatever their preferences - and have these melded by seasoned professionals into a journey beyond the ordinary. Their journeys enable them, the traveler, to take the pulse of the land and feel the heartbeat of the people.
It is to these wonderful, interesting and exciting clients that Tamsin & Cooke owes its success. It is through their determination to travel their way, to explore our marvelous planet, and to seek life-enhancing experiences that makes each week at Tamsin & Cooke fresh and invigorating.

FEE SCHEDULE
Menu of Services and Pricing
Tamsin and Cooke fees include travel advice, firsthand recommendations, itinerary proposal and all aspects of booking each segment including our concierge services. Our time is spent consulting with the client, researching, planning and leveraging our worldwide contacts to create a client-centric travel design.
Trip Consult Fee - $300
The trip consult fee includes research, expertise, advice, itinerary proposal and quote for foreign independent travel. The fee is non-refundable and charged ahead of consultation. Once the itinerary is accepted, we finalize the details tweaking here and there to get it just right. We then get to work booking all the pieces, coordinating the logistics, contacting our hotel, transfer, and guide partners to ensure the best rooms are reserved, special details are coordinated, and logistics are reviewed.
A day by day itinerary is delivered which details all travel and includes our own insiders guide. Also included is our concierge service which can include restaurant recommendations and reservations, unique experiences, and theatre tickets - no request is too small.
Fees start at $300, with more complex itineraries, multiple destinations and larger groups and events. The trip consultation fee does not include ticketing airline flights. Ocean & river cruising do not carry a trip design fee.
Annual Retainer - $2,500
This is our most popular option for clients who are frequent travelers and prefer unlimited access throughout the year to professional travel advice and consultation. The retainer is inclusive of ticketed flights.
The annual retainer fee excludes frequent flier awards. The retainer service applies to all travelers residing at the same address.
